Reporting a broken conversion
Please do not send the file itself. We cannot accept media by email and would have nowhere to put it.
The error text plus the file's format, duration and size is almost always enough to identify the cause.
Suggesting a tool
Requests are welcome, particularly if you can say what you were trying to do when you needed it. The ones that get built are usually the ones with a concrete story attached.
